Please note, parking restrictions and road closures will be in place on Remembrance Day this Sunday.

The public should be aware that after the ceremony at the British War Memorial, there will be a further ceremony at the American War Memorial at around 12:30pm.

Parking Restrictions – from 4pm Sat 9 Nov to 3pm Sun 10 Nov

Multiple ‘No parking’ signs will be in place in the areas of Zoca Flank, the Bristol Hotel and Cathedral Square Park.

In particular, parking will be prohibited along Line Wall Road from Cathedral Square to the Orange Bastion and the first part of Reclamation Road.

No bicycles are to be left along Line Wall Road or the Boulevard. Any bicycles found in these areas will be removed.

Road Closures – 8am to 2pm Sun 10 Nov

Line Wall Road will be closed from Casemates Hill roundabout to Cathedral Square.

Vehicles requiring access to City Mill Lane, Cornwall’s Lane and Governor’s Street will be diverted temporarily via Fish Market Lane, Cooperage Lane, Main St and Engineer Lane.
